Okbook.ai Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by Okbook.ai Pte. Ltd. ("Okbook.ai", "we", "us", or "our"), including AI-enabled reservation services, concierge booking services, prepaid booking services, lifestyle appointment services, and related platform services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, users ("Users") agree to be bound by these Terms. If a User does not agree to these Terms, the User must not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Okbook.ai operates an AI-enabled reservation and lifestyle services platform that assists Users in discovering, requesting, booking, managing, and paying for reservation-based services.

The Services may include:

- Restaurant reservations

- Concierge-assisted booking services

- Prepaid booking services

- Beauty and wellness appointments

- Medical and healthcare-related appointment booking services where legally permitted

- Lifestyle and leisure reservations

- Other reservation-based services offered through the platform

Services may be offered in Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Europe, North America, and other supported jurisdictions.

Okbook.ai provides technology, operational support, and reservation facilitation services. The underlying services are provided by independent third-party merchants or service providers.

3. Reservation Requests and Confirmation

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee confirmation.

A reservation, appointment, or booking is considered confirmed only when confirmation is issued through the platform or by the relevant service provider.

Upon confirmation, a service relationship may be formed between the User and the relevant merchant or service provider.

4. Reservation Availability

Okbook.ai will make reasonable efforts to facilitate bookings but does not guarantee availability.

Reservations may fail due to availability limitations, operational constraints, provider decisions, technical issues, or other circumstances.

If a booking cannot be completed due to platform or operational issues, any applicable fees paid by the User may be refunded in accordance with applicable policies.

5. Platform Role

Okbook.ai provides reservation facilitation, concierge assistance, AI-powered recommendations, and related platform services.

Merchants and service providers are independent third parties. Okbook.ai does not own, operate, or control their businesses.

6. Merchant Responsibility

Merchants and service providers are solely responsible for the services they provide.

Any disputes concerning service quality, pricing, availability, performance, or fulfillment should be addressed directly with the relevant provider.

7. Service Information

Information displayed on the platform may originate from:

- Merchant partners

- Publicly available sources

- Third-party providers

- Information submitted by merchants

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accuracy, Okbook.ai does not guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free.

8. Fees and Payments

Certain Services require payment.

Fees may include:

- Reservation service fees

- Concierge service fees

- Platform service fees

- Prepaid booking fees

- Other applicable charges

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors designated by Okbook.ai.

9. Reservation Fees and Completion of Service

For reservation facilitation services, Okbook.ai's service is considered completed once a reservation or booking has been successfully confirmed.

Reservation facilitation fees may be non-refundable once confirmation has been completed.

10. Prepaid Services

Certain merchants may offer prepaid reservations, packages, deposits, or service offerings.

Merchant-specific cancellation policies may apply.

Refund eligibility will be disclosed during the booking process.

11. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the merchant, service type, and applicable booking conditions.

12. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

- Make reservations without genuine intent to use the service

- Engage in repeated no-shows

- Submit false information

- Abuse platform functionality

- Attempt unauthorized system access

- Interfere with platform operations

Okbook.ai may suspend or restrict accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

13. Abuse of Reservation System

Users must not intentionally block availability, create fraudulent bookings, or otherwise misuse the reservation system.

Okbook.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abusive activity.

14. Third-Party Services

The Services may involve third-party providers including:

- Payment processors

- Communication providers

- Technical vendors

- Merchants and service providers

Okbook.ai is not responsible for services provided directly by third parties.

15. Service Availability

Okbook.ai may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at any time.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

16. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the platform belong to Okbook.ai or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit platform content without authorization.

17. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with the Okbook.ai Privacy Policy.

Information necessary for service delivery may be shared with merchants, payment processors, and service providers.

18. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Okbook.ai does not guarantee:

- Successful booking outcomes

- Availability of merchants or services

- Accuracy of information

- Uninterrupted operation

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okbook.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Okbook.ai's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the User for the relevant service.

20. Termination

Okbook.ai may suspend or terminate access to the Services if a User violates these Terms or engages in harmful conduct.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
