Okbook.ai Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy forms part of the Okbook.ai Terms of Service and applies to reservations, prepaid bookings, concierge services, lifestyle appointments, and other services made available through the Okbook.ai platform.
By using the Services, users agree to the cancellation and refund rules described below.
1. Reservation and Booking Services
Okbook.ai provides reservation facilitation, concierge assistance, and booking support services.
Once a reservation or booking has been successfully confirmed, the reservation facilitation service is considered completed.
Accordingly, platform service fees, reservation facilitation fees, and concierge fees may be non-refundable after confirmation unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may be issued where:
- the merchant or service provider cancels the booking;
- the booking fails due to platform technical issues;
- the booking cannot be fulfilled due to operational errors attributable to Okbook.ai; or
- applicable law requires a refund.
2. Reservation Confirmation
Reservation requests may require automated processing, merchant review, manual coordination, or other operational procedures.
Okbook.ai does not guarantee reservation availability.
A booking is considered confirmed only when confirmation is issued through the platform or by the relevant merchant or service provider.
3. Reservation Modifications
Modification requests may be permitted at the discretion of the relevant merchant or service provider.
Approval of modifications is subject to:
- availability;
- operational feasibility;
- pricing differences;
- merchant policies; and
- other applicable conditions.
Okbook.ai does not guarantee that modification requests can be accommodated.
Additional fees may apply to approved modifications.
4. Merchant Cancellation Policies
Certain bookings may be subject to cancellation policies established by the relevant merchant or service provider.
Such policies may include:
- cancellation fees;
- no-show fees;
- partial refunds;
- non-refundable deposits; or
- other booking restrictions.
Applicable cancellation terms will generally be disclosed during the booking process.
Okbook.ai may collect cancellation fees on behalf of merchants where permitted.
5. Prepaid Services
Some merchants may offer prepaid reservations, prepaid packages, deposits, or other prepaid services.
Refund eligibility and cancellation rights are determined by the applicable merchant policy, booking conditions, and applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, Okbook.ai will process the refund in accordance with the applicable policy.
6. No-Show Policy
Users are responsible for attending confirmed reservations and appointments.
Failure to attend without proper cancellation may be treated as a no-show.
No-show fees may be charged by the merchant in accordance with its policies.
Okbook.ai may collect such fees on behalf of merchants where applicable.
7. Cancellation Method
Users may cancel eligible bookings through their account dashboard or through other cancellation methods made available by the platform.
If self-service cancellation is unavailable, users may contact customer support.
All cancellation requests remain subject to applicable merchant policies and platform rules.
8. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refund processing times depend on payment processors, card issuers, banks, and other financial institutions.
Okbook.ai does not guarantee specific refund processing timelines once a refund has been initiated.
9. Time Standard
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation deadlines and timing calculations are determined using the local time zone applicable to the relevant merchant, service provider, or booking location.
