Reservation Integrity, No-Show and Booking Conduct Policy

1. Purpose

These Reservation Terms govern booking conduct, no-show rules, reservation integrity, and misuse of the Okbook.ai platform.

They are intended to ensure fair access to merchants, service providers, and reservation opportunities while maintaining the integrity of the platform.

These Terms apply to restaurants, beauty providers, wellness providers, medical appointment providers where permitted, lifestyle service providers, and other reservation-based services offered through the platform.

2. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for honoring confirmed reservations, appointments, and bookings made through the platform.

Failure to attend a confirmed booking without proper cancellation may be treated as a no-show.

Users are responsible for ensuring that reservation details provided to merchants are accurate and complete.

3. No-Show Policy

Platform service fees, reservation facilitation fees, and concierge fees may be non-refundable after a booking has been confirmed.

For prepaid reservations, deposits, prepaid packages, or other prepaid services:

- all or part of the prepaid amount may be forfeited;

- refunds may be unavailable;

- cancellation fees may apply;

depending on the applicable merchant policy and booking conditions.

The specific consequences of a no-show will be disclosed during the booking process where applicable.

4. Repeated No-Shows

Users who repeatedly fail to attend confirmed bookings may be subject to platform enforcement measures.

Okbook.ai may:

- issue warnings;

- temporarily suspend accounts;

- permanently restrict access;

- require additional verification for future bookings;

- impose booking restrictions.

5. Multiple Reservations

Users may maintain multiple bookings where permitted.

However, users must avoid making excessive, speculative, or conflicting reservations without a genuine intention to use the booked services.

Okbook.ai may monitor booking patterns to identify abuse or misuse.

6. Reservation Abuse

The following conduct may constitute reservation abuse:

- repeatedly making and cancelling large volumes of bookings;

- intentionally blocking availability;

- creating fraudulent bookings;

- submitting false information;

- booking without genuine intent to attend;

- interfering with merchant operations;

- circumventing platform rules or restrictions.

If abuse is detected, Okbook.ai may:

- suspend accounts;

- terminate accounts;

- cancel existing bookings;

- restrict future bookings;

- collect applicable cancellation fees where permitted.

7. Merchant-Initiated Cancellations

Merchants and service providers may cancel bookings due to:

- operational issues;

- staffing limitations;

- venue closures;

- force majeure events;

- safety concerns;

- unforeseen circumstances.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed according to the applicable Cancellation Policy and merchant-specific terms.

Okbook.ai is not responsible for independent business decisions made by merchants or service providers.

8. Platform Intervention

Okbook.ai reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify bookings where it reasonably believes:

- fraud has occurred;

- abuse has occurred;

- legal or compliance concerns exist;

- payment issues arise;

- platform rules have been violated;

- operational or security risks are present.

9. Dispute Resolution

Merchants and service providers remain independent third parties.

Disputes relating to:

- service quality;

- products;

- professional services;

- food and beverage offerings;

- appointment outcomes;

- merchant performance;

should generally be resolved directly between the user and the merchant or service provider.

Where appropriate, Okbook.ai may assist in facilitating communication between parties but is not obligated to mediate or resolve disputes.

10. Relationship with Other Policies

These Reservation Terms should be read together with:

- Terms of Service

- Cancellation Policy

- Privacy Policy

In the event of inconsistency, the Terms of Service shall prevail unless otherwise required by law.
